Way back in February Pear Class planted potatoes and have spent the following months weeding, watering and taking care of them. All their hard work has paid off, and they used some of their potatoes to make some delicious potato wedges.

The children prepared the potatoes by washing them first.

They then chopped them into wedge size pieces.

The potatoes wedges were then cooked and children in both Pear and Apple Class were lucky enough to have a taste - some even went back for seconds!

Great job Pear Class on using a variety of skills to create something tasty.
