The children at Kingsham Primary School were given a real treat today when Andrew Gentle visited from Hale Farm.

We were so lucky that he came and gave an assembly to the school and then spent time allowing children a chance to climb into his tractor and to explore the crops that he grows on his farm.

The children earned about the crops on Andrew's arable farm and had a chance to explore the wheat, barley and rape seed that is grown on Hale Farm.

The highlight for many of the children was the chance to explore the tractor and have a chance to sit inside it.
