An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen to strengthen our committed team of Out of School Hours Club Supervisors. Working closely with the other staff in the Out of School Hours Club you will lead and manage an efficient and effective service, where activities are engaging and support the security, safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils.

Developing a wide range of stimulating and enjoyable activities, you will work with the other staff within the club to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, where children are happy to stay outside of school hours.

With a working knowledge of appropriate activities that are engaging and fun for primary age children, and a general understanding of the operation of a relevant self-sustaining Club or Group,  you will be a good communicator, with the ability to adapt to the audience.  With a positive and flexible approach, and the presence to inspire confidence and trust, we encourage individuals with an enthusiasm to see children progress and develop to apply.

As part of the University of Chichester Multi-Academy Trust you will have access to additional opportunities and benefits.  You will find that each academy has a unique identity, but a shared belief in creating a positive and enriching environment, where all staff feel valued.

The school reserves the right to close the application process early should we receive sufficient interest.
