Support Maisie and Johanna as they run a marathon to raise money for the school

Maisie, who works for the Modern Calligraphy Company in Birdham, has never run this far. She said, ‘I am excited, nervous and super proud to help raise money for Kingsham Primary School where my two kids go. Kingsham is a wonderful place and the teachers have been exceptional during this lockdown.  We want to help contribute to say thank you!’

Kingsham Primary will put the money towards new outdoor equipment for the school, which they intend to design with the involvement of the pupils. Headteacher, Mr. Lee Dallinger said, 'The school is very aware how important physical activity is for young children and this should help us to create an outdoor play area that is challenging and fun for all our pupils."

Johanna, a Major in the Royal Signals,  has enjoyed running over the last year.  She said, ‘Running has given me a focus during these strange times and I have loved running with Maisie.  I have three boys at Kingsham who are all very active, so the money raised will definitely go towards something they will love!’

So please, if you can, sponsor us just a little, it will make a massive difference to all the kids and obviously help us both when we undoubtedly ‘hit the wall’!
