LUNCHTIME SUPERVISOR

 

6.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum

 

Full time salary: £15,246 to £15,613 per annum, pro rata

 

Actual salary of £2212 to £2265 per annum


 

Kingsham Primary School is set in spacious grounds close to the centre of Chichester. The school has a strong sense of community for the 220 pupils with a set of shared values which underpin the life of the school. The dedicated team of staff and Governors strive to create an environment in which every child is a happy and successful learner:  confident – independent – motivated.

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our lunch time supervision team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual who is able to motivate and inspire our pupils during the lunch period. Encouraging them to engage in activity, make healthy choices and maintain good behaviour whilst ensuing that the environment around them is clean and safe.

 

With experience of working with children, ideally in an infant age setting, you will have excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate with a wide range of people especially the pupils.  You will be resilient and hard working with the ability to work on your own initiative while understanding the need to work as part of a cohesive team.
